Office Administrator to join our Head Office Team 

Location: Colliers Green, Kent – TN17 2LR

The Little Green Energy Company are the premier consultancy, design and installation team in the Kent & South East region, for solar panel installation, battery storage and electric vehicle charging across Kent, London and the South East. We have an opportunity coming up to join our amazing team!

We are looking for an individual who likes working in an open-plan office environment as part of the Operational team. An immediate start is available to the right candidate.

We are in a rural location, so you will need to be able to drive and have your own transport.

Duties

  • Reception cover
  • Dealing with emails and taking messages
  • Internal lead enquiry distribution
  • Updating and maintaining our CRM, as directed
  • Generation of Welcome and Handover Packs for customers
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.

Experience (preferable)

  • Construction office management
  • Good level of knowledge and experience of computer software including MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry (CRM systems)
  • Good customer relationship skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge/experience of electrical and/or construction industry preferred
  • Must be organised and be able to work to timescales and deadlines

Benefits

  • Salary – up to £23,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Holiday – 28 days inclusive of bank holidays with loyalty scheme after first two years of employment leading to a max of 33 days
