Yes, that’s right…in his own words, “I despise running” but, Ross is now running the London marathon for charity on 22 April 2018.
Ross believes that pushing himself to do this type of activity which he hates is a challenge worth doing especially as he will be raising money for his chosen charity while pushing through the pain and frustration.
He has recently started running the Park Run in Maidstone which is 3 miles long which he extends to 8-10 miles each week – this has been a challenge in itself but he is now fully committed and is going for it but needs your help too.
As the nation’s leading first aid charity, St John Ambulance believes that first aid skills should be available to everyone and that no-one should die due to lack of available first aid. First aid is the difference between a life lost and a life saved.
“I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations” Ross
